A journey of pilgrimage

What’s important to you? What defines you? Consider and share the things that you value. Reflect on the journey of a sanctuary seeker at the Minster and discuss modern day sanctuary. Take your own journey of pilgrimage from the Minster to St Mary’s Church. Think about the stories that provided a welcome at St Mary’s, how did people communicate their stories?

This visit includes creative writing and drama and is aimed at KS2 pupils.

Full day visit to the Minster and St Mary’s Church.

Maximum one class of children at each site (the visit can accommodate two classes across the two sites).
